Maître Mesclon holds a Master's degree in business law and advises founders, directors, partners and investors on complex issues relating to the day-to-day running of their businesses, drawing on his expertise in company law, commercial litigation, commercial criminal law and various contractual and transactional matters.

A graduate of the Montpellier Bar School and holder of a Master's degree in business law, he gained experience handling cases at leading commercial law firms in Montpellier before joining prestigious Parisian firms specialising in mergers and acquisitions, notably at a leading British international law firm. There, he advised clients on large-scale transactions involving new digital technologies and property projects in the luxury hospitality sector.

He subsequently continued his practice in Toulouse, where he represented companies operating in highly structured and strategic sectors, notably the pharmaceutical industry, aerospace, gas energy research and the French military air defence sector.

His practice focuses on business law, encompassing corporate criminal law, commercial litigation, company law and private equity. He has extensive experience in due diligence, legal audits and investments. He advises founders, directors and investors at every stage of a company's development, from designing robust governance structures and drafting bespoke articles of association to providing support with fundraising, strategic expansion and shareholder relations.

He also represents his clients in litigation arising from disputes amongst their company's shareholders or in proceedings relating to offences under corporate criminal law.
